Nutrisystem- Do you Weigh yourself?

Busy Week!
What else is new?
But, a lot of people have told me I look thinner this week.
That always feels good.
I have been eating my Nutrisystem food.
Peanut butter bar in the morning.
Love the chicken tacos for lunch.
And the strawberry shakes are awesome.
I have been avoiding the scale.
Do you weigh yourself often?
How many times a week?  A month?
I am really interested.
Does it inspire you or make you sad?
I am not interested in the numbers anymore.
I want more energy, comfortable clothes.
I want to feel the difference, see the difference, not read a number.
But, alas, I will weigh in next week.
I still need to be held accountable.

  1. You don't want to hear my answer - I weigh myself everyday. I might skip a day here or there if the last couple of days were higher and then I really pigged out the night before. But for the most part, every single day. It helps me control what I eat for the day. If it's higher than I want, then no soda; if it's lower than I expected, a little extra M&Ms! But you have to do what works for you. For some people, seeing a number puts too much pressure on them. It's soooo much more important to think about how you're feeling. And since you're always smiling, I'd say you feel pretty good! ;-)

  2. I weigh myself every day as well. I have skipped a day here and there just like MichikoSC.

  3. Never weigh myself. I don't own a scale. My husband says he likes how I look, and those numbers just cause me anxiety.
