a Non-Weigh-in Week


If you are just tuning in, a "Non-weigh in week" is code for: I-didn't-lose-an-ounce-and-don't-want-to-write-that!

But, I am feeling great and enjoying the warm weather.
It has been so warm for March and I am loving it.

I start my 4 week boot camp class at the gym next week and I am a little intimidated, but I need it and it will be good.

I have been having salad with the Nutrisystem red beans and rice for lunch and love it. It is one of those meals you can just eat every day and still like it.

The shakes are really good too- like I have told you before.
I am so glad Nutrisystem came out with the shakes.
I had been looking into trying a certain brand and now I don't have to because it is delivered to my door with my food order.
What is better than that?

And while we are on the topic, I still can't believe I am on Nutrisystem! I wanted it for so long, seeing it on TV and even on a home shopping channel.
I just knew it would work and now I have my chance.
I will succeed.
