Nutrisystem- Not Weighing In This Week...
Hello- this is one of those weeks that I am not weighing in- I know you might not like those.
But, I really want to give myself another week to lose some more weight.
I have been good with eating my Nutrisystem food and when not eating it, portion control.
We made some amish "creamsticks", like a donut stick with sugary filling and a sugary topping. This was a downfall, but not too crazy.
Did you know that crisco has 12 grams of fat in just 1 tablespoon?
We had to buy it just for this recipe.
I read somewhere in blog world that if you lose a pound, picture 4 sticks of butter coming off of you- I really like thinking about it that way.
2 pounds- 8 sticks of butter!
I also found a blog that I found really inspiring.
I am always amazed at women who set their minds to losing weight and then do it.
I have it a little easier, because Nutrisystem has already set out my portions for me and I don't have to spend time cooking "healthy" meals.
But, I am always lacking in the willpower department.
Thinking of sticking pictures of myself up when I was thinner or putting a paper on my fridge for everyone to see where I write everything that goes into my mouth.
