I have been taking classes at Lucille Roberts for a week and I thought I would of lost some weight.
I stayed the same.
No weight loss this week.
I am choosing to go with the building muscle and taking away inches instead of losing actual pounds.
Yeah, that's what I am going with.
I got my new order of Nutrisystem food- as soon as I get the boxes, I love to stack my foods and organize them, thinking about what I will eat for my next meal.
I am excited and this week is going to be a good one.
I love the gym.
I just need to get out of the "rewarding" myself since I went to the gym mentality.
My favorite breakfast- the scrambled egg and bean burrito- delish!
And I have a new goal- when I lose another 10 pounds, I am buying workout clothes! Woo hoo.
Gotta reach that goal or keep weighing old sweats that fall down as I work out. Wink!
