Nutrisystem.... Not Weighing in and it has nothing to do with the hotdog I ate at the harvest party...

I decided this weekend that I wasn't going to weigh in today.
I have really been enjoying the classes I have been taking at the gym. I know I sound like a broken record, but I am surprised how much I enjoy it.
But, I have been noticing that I if I am going to splurge, I usually do it on the weekend and weighing in on Monday never seems like a good thing.
So, I think I will weigh in on Friday, post and go weekly from there.

What do you think?

In the meantime, I am loving the Nutrisystem frozen choices. I love all the egg meals for breakfast and for lunch, still with old faithful, red beans and chicken sausage with rice.

The water bottle they sent me is a big part of my day- it is so easy to watch how much water I drink. I need to drink 2 a day (the bottle holds 32 oz.) and I almost drink a full one during class! The 2nd one is easy after that.

As for the rest of the week- sticking to the plan- Nutrisystem and healthy food choices.

Maybe I'll hit the treadmill?

We'll see.

  1. Weekends are for splurging, right? I've been weighing in every day and getting frustrated because I've reached a plateau and have been fighting the same 2-3 pounds for a couple weeks now. I'll drop a pound, go back up a pound, go down a pound, go up 2 pounds. It's very frustrating! It sounds like you are doing a fabulous job. And, kudos to you for being consistent with exercise. I'm looking to you for inspiration!

  2. I found you through followers fest! What a beautiful blog. I have a Christmas series going on with a Christmas post a day for 50 days and it just started! You should check it out!

Hey! Thanks for dropping by- I love comments and read them all!
