I have really been enjoying the classes I have been taking at the gym. I know I sound like a broken record, but I am surprised how much I enjoy it.
But, I have been noticing that I if I am going to splurge, I usually do it on the weekend and weighing in on Monday never seems like a good thing.
So, I think I will weigh in on Friday, post and go weekly from there.
What do you think?
In the meantime, I am loving the Nutrisystem frozen choices. I love all the egg meals for breakfast and for lunch, still with old faithful, red beans and chicken sausage with rice.
The water bottle they sent me is a big part of my day- it is so easy to watch how much water I drink. I need to drink 2 a day (the bottle holds 32 oz.) and I almost drink a full one during class! The 2nd one is easy after that.
As for the rest of the week- sticking to the plan- Nutrisystem and healthy food choices.
Maybe I'll hit the treadmill?
