So, I have decided not to weigh myself today- it was just too stressful after a crazy weekend.
I had the church sleepover and then a party for my son's friends on Saturday and a family party for my son and daughter on Sunday.
I was exhausted and didn't always eat like I should of.
I do not think I gained weight, but was getting stressed thinking what that number would be.
I will definitely weigh myself next week.
But, I did want to tell you how it has been going.
Surprisingly, I like the food a lot.
Most things are really tasty.
The portions are somewhat small, but what did I expect?- it's a weight loss plan.
I like to take whatever I have for lunch, heat it up and put it over salad.
This can work well with soup or my favorite- red beans and rice.
Sometimes I tell myself I will just make myself smaller portions with the food I am making from the kids.
But, I need the nutrisystem. It keeps my honest. I can't open 2 dinner meals at dinner- everyone would notice.
But I really want to sometimes.
Nutrisystem's portions are the amount I need to be eating.
I didn't get to this weight by making myself small portions.
Drinking water has really helped me a lot. It keeps me full.
And I really like the peanut butter cookies and they have white chocolate ones too!
Oh, and for you chocolate loving folks- Nutrisystem has plenty of that!
Plans for this week:
-Get to bed earlier- need the sleep, won't snack and will have energy for treadmill.
-Consistency with water.
-Try to get out and walk or bike ride.
-Plan what I am eating before I get hungry.
Remember- 8 lbs so far. A lot more to go. I will be weighing in next week.
