I am down 2 more this morning, for a total of 5 pounds lost so far.
I finally hit the treadmill last night and early this morning.
I did 2 miles each time, but this time I did it on an incline.
It was very difficult, but worth it.
Nutrisystem is getting easier.
I love the chicken quesadilla for lunch and the egg and bean burrito for breakfast.
I want to try and juice some veggies and fruits this week - ya know, something new and something to fill my belly during the day.
I'll keep you posted on that.
And I realized I completely forgot to fill out a profile on the Nutrisystem website and need to do that.
I want to see what kind of tips they have on the site and what assistance they offer.
