Nutrisystem- Got My Stuff.

Well, I got my deliveries! The shelf items came first and I was completely overwhelmed. I can't believe all the different foods. These foods I customized and picked out myself from Nutrisystem's over 150 different choices. I have left them in the box so far, but today they get their own spot on my shelves.

Now the frozen stuff came 2 days later in this awesome, giant styrofoam cooler! I was worried because we were going out the same day the cooler foods were scheduled to arrive.

Everything was in a box nestled in ice in the aforementioned giant cooler.
It was frozen - no problems.
If it had to be left on the porch for hours- no problem.

Now, packing these frozen goodies in the freezer posed a problem. Our fridge is somewhat small- (insert reminding the husband I would love to buy an extra freezer when tax time rolls around- to which her replies, "sure, sure" and probably already forgot the conversation) and it took a little doing but I got everything in and the door closes.
The freezer stuff looks delicious.

However, I got some chocolate desserts and I don't eat chocolate.
But not a big problem.

My favorites so far:
Egg and ham omelet, peanut butter cookie, white chocolate cookie (yum), chicken sausage and rice and beans, raviolis...

There is some pretty amazing food.
It's kind of like having my own chef- just like I have always complained-
"If I had my own chef like Oprah.... I would lose weight..."

Now I do- I just chose what I want to eat.

I also power-washed cleaned off my treadmill and plan on using it this week.
I will weigh myself this week for my first full week of Nutrisystem and report back my loss for next week's post so stay tuned.

I am excited and encouraged.
