Tempt My Tummy - Tuna Elbow Salad

Ok, so not the greatest picture, but this dish is delicious for breakfast, lunch and dinner- not that I have eaten it for all 3, well, maybe...

You need:
3 cans tuna- I use white albacore in water
1 container of cherry or grape tomatoes
1 large onion
1 box of elbows
3 chopped celery stalks
Mayo
Salt and Pepper to taste

Very easy - cook elbows according to directions. Cut tomatoes in half- you might not need the whole container. Dice onions. Drain cans of tuna. Add all of this with celery. Stir everything together. Add mayo until your desired consistency. Salt and pepper to taste. Stir again. Refrigerate and enjoy.

  1. I used to eat this all the time...minus the tomatoes and onions. It is also good with chopped hard boiled eggs for extra protein :)

  4. This sounds good- I haven't had tuna salad in quite awhile. Adding in the cherry tomatoes sounds delicious.
