3 cans tuna- I use white albacore in water
1 container of cherry or grape tomatoes
1 large onion
1 box of elbows
3 chopped celery stalks
Salt and Pepper to taste
Very easy - cook elbows according to directions. Cut tomatoes in half- you might not need the whole container. Dice onions. Drain cans of tuna. Add all of this with celery. Stir everything together. Add mayo until your desired consistency. Salt and pepper to taste. Stir again. Refrigerate and enjoy.
