We have a guest this week.
She is 5 years old and our cousin.
She came on Sunday and leaves on Saturday.
And she is a little spitfire.
And she has turned my week upside down and I love her.
I have been trying to keep up with everything around the house while she is here and also give her a fun stay as well.
So, tonight when my husband asked for a peanut butter and jelly sandwich for tomorrow's work day- I went into a panic.
Why, you might ask?
I lent the jelly to my neighbor.
Let me preface this with- I borrow everything from my neighbor- everything. Garlic, pepper, coffee, more garlic, lemon, chop meat and more garlic and she asks for something once in a blue moon.
So, tonight at 10pm, I called her and asked her to meet me by the fence in our backyards, so I could get the jelly. And she is great-so she did. Both of us in pink jammies, laughing.
And me back in, with the jelly in the fridge, ready for tomorrow and the husband doesn't know I made the call.
When a man wants a peanut butter and jelly - the man needs a peanut butter and jelly!!!
